1、雙組份打膠機主要有基料泵、固化劑泵、比例泵、基料泵升降系統、調比結構、混膠系統 、氣動(dòng)系統、液壓系統及電氣系統組成。
1. The two-component gluing machine is mainly composed of base material pump, curing agent pump, proportional pump, lifting system of base material pump, ratio adjusting structure, mixing system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and electrical system.
2.基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱塞泵，雙向等量供料，基料泵有液壓系統驅動(dòng)，固化劑泵由氣動(dòng)馬達驅動(dòng)。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤(pán)，充分保證高粘度流體的滿(mǎn)腔輸送，基料壓入并增高至高壓，固化劑壓入并增壓，再送至比例泵，固化劑的流量由調比機構調節，二種組份同時(shí)送入混合器，充分混合后到達擠膠槍。
2. The base material pump, curing agent pump and proportioning pump all adopt special high-pressure plunger pump with two-way equal quantity feeding. The base material pump is driven by hydraulic system, and the curing agent pump is driven by pneumatic motor. They are supplemented by a pressurized feeding pressure plate to fully ensure the full cavity transportation of high viscosity fluid. The base material is pressed in and raised to high pressure. The curing agent is pressed in and pressurized, and then sent to the proportioning pump. The flow rate of the curing agent is regulated by the mixing mechanism. The two components are sent to the mixer at the same time, and the glue extrusion gun is reached after full mixing.

3.固化劑過(guò)濾器下端出口及混合器進(jìn)料處均設有高壓球閥，沖膠泄壓用，混合器上設有單向針閥，不但使混膠更加均勻，而且防止兩種組份戶(hù)竄，將通道固化堵塞。
3. High pressure ball valve is set at the lower outlet of curing agent filter and the feed of mixer for rubber flushing and pressure relief. The one-way needle valve is set on the mixer, which not only makes the mixing more uniform, but also prevents the two components from channeling and blocking the channel.
4.升降系統采用手動(dòng)轉閥控制，兩種組份的比例調節，可通過(guò)調整滑塊在擺動(dòng)桿上的位置來(lái)改變，當達到要求的刻度后，擰緊螺母即可。
4. The lifting system is controlled by manual rotary valve. The proportion of the two components can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the slider on the swing rod. When the required scale is reached, the nut can be tightened.
