全自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機點(diǎn)膠過(guò)程持續較短， 一般為幾十毫秒到幾秒鐘的時(shí)間， 由于電磁閥為開(kāi)關(guān)控制，因此要提高控制精度，只有縮短采樣周期進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)測量，以及減少電磁閥的動(dòng)作誤差的方法來(lái)具體實(shí)現。

1、同步帶傳動(dòng)它也采用直流或交流伺服電機，通過(guò)同步帶將旋轉運動(dòng)轉換為直線(xiàn)運動(dòng)，廣泛應用在送料機構等場(chǎng)合。它適合長(cháng)距離傳動(dòng)，傳動(dòng)的速度較高；但運動(dòng)精度比較低，可承載的轉距較小。
1. Synchronous belt drive also uses DC or AC servo motor to convert rotary motion into linear motion through synchronous belt, which is widely used in feeding mechanism and other occasions. It is suitable for long-distance transmission with high transmission speed, but its motion accuracy is low and its bearing torque is small.
2、滾珠絲桿傳動(dòng)   這是目前應用廣、也成熟的一種傳動(dòng)方式，采用直流或交流伺服電機驅動(dòng)，選用大導程的絲桿時(shí)可以獲得較高的傳動(dòng)速度，定位精度和重復定位精度高，高速度可達 1m/s。
2. Ball screw drive is a widely used and mature transmission mode at present. It is driven by DC or AC servo motor. When large lead screw is selected, it can obtain higher transmission speed, high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy, and the high speed can reach 1m / s.
3、氣缸傳動(dòng)這種傳動(dòng)方式具有結構簡(jiǎn)單、控制方便的特點(diǎn)；但由于其采用壓縮氣體作為動(dòng)力，定位精度低，啟停速度慢，往復運動(dòng)的頻率低。
3. Cylinder drive has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient control, but because it uses compressed gas as power, it has low positioning accuracy, slow start stop speed and low reciprocating frequency.
4、直線(xiàn)電機傳動(dòng)這是目前逐漸興起的一種直線(xiàn)運動(dòng)傳遞方式，具有結構形式簡(jiǎn)潔，定位精度高，易于實(shí)現高速高精運動(dòng)的控制。它直接將電能轉換成機械能，減少了滾珠絲桿、傳送帶、渦輪螺桿等中間轉換環(huán)節；但對直線(xiàn)電機的控制系統相當復雜，目前還不是很成熟，價(jià)格也相當昂貴，限制了它的廣泛使用。
4. Linear motor drive is a kind of linear motion transmission mode which is gradually rising at present. It has the advantages of simple structure, high positioning accuracy and easy to realize the control of high-speed and high-precision motion. It directly converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, reducing the ball screw, conveyor belt, turbine screw and other intermediate conversion links; but the control system of linear motor is quite complex, not very mature at present, and the price is also quite expensive, which limits its wide use.
