1、雙組份打膠機設備應安裝在干燥、無(wú)粉塵、無(wú)腐蝕性氣體的不利環(huán)境中(要求與其他設備相一致，當然，如果沒(méi)有達到至少無(wú)腐蝕性氣體的條件，設備中有電線(xiàn)以及管道等配件抗腐蝕)。
    1、Two-componentrubberbeaterequipmentshallbeinstalledinanunfavorableenvironmentofdry,dust-freeandnon-corrosivegas(requiredtobeconsistentwithotherequipment,ofcourse,iftheconditionsforatleastnon-corrosivegasarenotmet,theequipmentshallhavewires,pipelinesandotheraccessoriesthatresistcorrosion).
    2、室內溫度好控制在10~40度的室內堅硬地面，地面應水平度較好。(在這里說(shuō)的地面水平度要好，并不一定要非常平整才行，我們的設備在設計之初就考慮了地面的復雜性，所以對地面平整度有相當大的要求，只要不提太大的問(wèn)題，就可以正常工作。

    3、雙組份打膠機安裝前，應先檢查是否有因運輸、搬運引起的變形、損壞及緊固件松動(dòng)等情況，以前有客戶(hù)在打膠機的過(guò)程中，將設備的智能控制系統中的一個(gè)零部件碰掉了，導致設備無(wú)法正常運行，工作人員到現場(chǎng)后，才進(jìn)行排查。
    3、Beforetheinstallationofthetwo-componentgluepuncher,whetherthereisanydeformation,damageorlooseningoffastenerscausedbytransportationorhandlingshallbechecked.Inthepast,somecustomersknockedoffoneofthepartsoftheintelligentcontrolsystemofthegluepuncherduringtheprocessofthegluepunch,whichledtothefailureofthenormaloperationoftheequipment.Theinspectionshallbeconductedonlyafterthestaffmembersarriveatthesite.

    4、我們可以根據地面平整度的實(shí)際情況，通過(guò)調節設備的可提升地腳螺栓來(lái)調節設備的水平度直至設備穩定。再按圖連接線(xiàn)路并可靠接地，將氣源連接到機臺配有的氣源，保證無(wú)氣體泄漏。
    4、Firstly,wecanadjustthelevelnessoftheequipmentuntiltheequipmentisstablebyadjustingtheliftinganchorboltsoftheequipmentaccordingtotheactualsituationofthegroundflatness.Thenconnectthecircuitaccordingtothediagramandgroundreliably,connecttheairsourcetotheairsourceequippedwiththemachine,ensurenogasleakage.
    5.將液壓油注入到油槽中指定的位置，46#液壓油(大約50升)。

    6、接通電源，打開(kāi)電源，查看設備是否工作正常。
