Maintenance and repair of gas-liquid booster station of butyl rubber coater
一、 丁基膠涂布機系統打開(kāi)后，油缸無(wú)動(dòng)作（系統無(wú)壓力）
1、 After the butyl adhesive coater system is opened, the oil cylinder does not act (the system has no pressure)
1、 檢查外接氣源是否正常。
1. Check whether the external air source is normal.
2、 檢查打開(kāi)液壓電機開(kāi)關(guān)后，系統電磁閥是否正常換向。
2. Check whether the system solenoid valve reverses normally after opening the hydraulic motor switch.
3、 減壓閥是否已打開(kāi)。
3. Whether the pressure reducing valve is open.
4、 檢查氣液增壓站上的氣管是否有氣壓。
4. Check whether there is air pressure in the air pipe on the gas-liquid booster station.
5、 如都正常，用平口螺絲刀按一下增壓缸兩端的小換向閥上的銅觸頭。
5. If it is normal, press the copper contact on the small reversing valve at both ends of the booster cylinder with a flat screwdriver.

二、 丁基膠涂布機系統只進(jìn)不退

1、 反復打開(kāi)關(guān)閥膠缸操作退開(kāi)關(guān)，看是否能解決。
1. Repeatedly open the valve closing rubber cylinder operation return switch to see if it can be solved.
2、 膠缸操作退打開(kāi)時(shí)，看液壓換向閥上的燈是否亮。
2. When the rubber cylinder is opened, check whether the light on the hydraulic directional valve is on.
3、 液壓換向閥被雜物卡住，需拆下清洗。
3. The hydraulic directional valve is stuck by sundries and needs to be removed for cleaning.
4、 用鐵片擋在液壓換向閥的線(xiàn)圈端，燈亮時(shí)看是否有磁性，如無(wú)，需更換液壓換向閥的伐圈，如有，需將換向閥拆下清洗。
4. Block the coil end of the hydraulic directional valve with an iron sheet. When the light is on, check whether it is magnetic. If not, replace the cutting ring of the hydraulic directional valve. If so, remove the directional valve for cleaning.
