　　1、點(diǎn)膠量

　　點(diǎn)膠量一般是由點(diǎn)膠時(shí)間來(lái)控制的，時(shí)間越長(cháng)膠量越大。

　　2、氣壓和速度

　　氣壓大，膠水流動(dòng)速度快，膠量過(guò)多會(huì )溢出，氣壓小，膠水流動(dòng)速度慢，膠量則會(huì )過(guò)少甚至出現點(diǎn)膠中斷或者漏點(diǎn)。運動(dòng)速度正好相反。因此，需根據不同的氣壓調整運行速度

　　點(diǎn)膠過(guò)程中，應該根據產(chǎn)品大小來(lái)選擇針頭。有時(shí)也會(huì )根據不同的膠水選擇針頭。

　　4、環(huán)境

　　4, environment

　　膠水的粘稠度會(huì )影響點(diǎn)膠的質(zhì)量。粘度大點(diǎn)膠大，粘度小點(diǎn)膠小，一般情況下，需保持點(diǎn)膠機處于溫度23-25攝氏度的環(huán)境下，溫度過(guò)低膠水粘度增加，反之則降低。

　　The consistency of glue will affect the quality of dispensing. Large viscosity dispensing, small viscosity dispensing small, generally, need to keep dispensing machine in the temperature of 23-25 degrees Celsius environment, temperature too low glue viscosity increases, otherwise decreases.

　　5、氣泡

　　5. Bubbles

　　膠水要保證沒(méi)有氣泡。一個(gè)很小的氣泡就有可能導致出現殘次品或者沒(méi)點(diǎn)到膠，所以每次更換膠管的時(shí)候一定要排空連接處的空氣，防止出現空打現象。

　　Glue should be guaranteed free of bubbles. A very small bubble may lead to defective products or no glue, so every time you change the hose, you must empty the air at the junction to prevent air beating.
