1、初始露點(diǎn)以及紫外線(xiàn)照耀

這是兩種為根底的檢測方法，在檢測時(shí)需求專(zhuān)屬的設備對丁基膠涂布機內的空氣干燥性，影響視線(xiàn)的有機發(fā)揮物進(jìn)行檢查與測定。當在規則的條件中，露點(diǎn)小于或等于-40度，玻璃內沒(méi)有霧狀，油狀或許其他污物時(shí)方為合格。
These are the two most fundamental detection methods. During the detection, special equipment is required to check and determine the air dryness in the butyl adhesive coater and the organic substances that affect the line of sight. It is qualified only when the dew point is less than or equal to - 40 ℃ and there is no fog, oil or other dirt in the glass under regular conditions.
2、密封查驗
2. Seal inspection
這種查驗方法主要是應用在玻璃設備密封膠是否存在走漏，且軟硬程度是否合格的情況。在進(jìn)行密封檢查時(shí)，需求樣品在10±0.5KPA條件下保持2.5H厚度的增加誤差小于15%。當超越這個(gè)數值時(shí)則記為不合格。
This inspection method is mainly used to check whether the sealant of glass equipment has leakage and whether the hardness is qualified. During sealing inspection, the required sample shall be kept for 2.5h under the condition of 10 ± 0.5kpa, and the increase error of thickness shall be less than 15%. If this value is exceeded, it will be recorded as unqualified.

3、氣候循環(huán)的查驗
3. Verification of climate cycle
在查驗是需求丁基膠涂布機閱歷一年四季的模擬氣候，期間需求加熱，天然冷卻以及強制制冷的操作，然后檢測玻璃在不同氣候下綜合性能。
In the inspection, the butyl adhesive coater experiences the simulated climate all year round, during which heating, natural cooling and forced cooling are required, and then the comprehensive performance of glass in different climates is tested.
4、高溫高濕試驗
4. High temperature and high humidity test
這種查驗方法的查驗是對密封膠的粘結力，水汽透過(guò)率以及分子篩的吸附才干的檢測，試驗時(shí)需求空氣濕度大于95%，溫度在25-55度之間，它經(jīng)過(guò)循環(huán)試驗時(shí)中空玻璃內的氣體被緊縮和膨脹后的漏氣情況來(lái)判斷粘結力，水汽透過(guò)率是否合格。
The inspection of this inspection method is to detect the adhesion of sealant, water vapor transmittance and the adsorption ability of molecular sieve. During the test, the air humidity is required to be greater than 95% and the temperature is between 25-55 degrees. During the cycle test, the gas in the insulating glass is compressed and expanded to judge whether the adhesion and water vapor transmittance are qualified.
