　　接通氣源,檢查管路是否通暢，有無(wú)破損。氣源壓力要求0.6～0.8mpa。

　　水箱注滿(mǎn)水，水質(zhì)是否干凈。

　　將一定尺寸規格、已磨邊的玻璃放到入料段傳送輥上（先后放2片），自動(dòng)送入清洗段。

　　若有緊急情況時(shí)，按操作面板上的急停按鈕，則整機斷開(kāi)電源，排除故障后，再重新啟動(dòng)；

　　玻璃在清洗前必須經(jīng)過(guò)磨邊，否則會(huì )對部分構件造成損傷。

　　Glass must be polished before cleaning, otherwise it may cause damage to some components.

　　水箱內的水量充足。

　　The water level in the tank is sufficient.

　　調節變頻調速器，根據實(shí)際清洗干燥情況調定清洗機傳送速度。

　　Adjust the frequency converter and set the conveying speed of the cleaning machine according to the actual cleaning and drying conditions.

　　清洗玻璃厚度為3~12mm，經(jīng)干燥后玻璃后邊緣有微量水珠。
